It's not every day you will come across a Convertible Chevelle with all of the goodies like this one has such as a rebuilt Big Block 454, a Turbo 400 Transmission, 12-Bolt rear, beautiful Cranberry Red paint, and SO MUCH MORE! This classic piece of history is going up for a NO-RESERVE AUCTION which means we are going to let you, the bidder, decide how much you want to buy this car for. For all of you collectors out there, this is that perfect car you've been looking to add to your collection that you can actually drive everyday if you wanted!
To sum this car up, this 1970 Chevelle SS 454 is a work of art being that the entire drivetrain and body work was very professionally refinished/rebuilt, everything works so well, and it drives absolutely wonderfully! Although we cannot verify this car to be a true LS5 as we do not have a build sheet, there are many signs that this car is an original SS 454 such as the original round rally dash gauges (as opposed to the factory sweeper gauge), F41 Suspension, Boxed-Out Trailing Arms, the 12 Bolt Rear, etc. With that being said, we do encourage ANY and ALL potential bidders to please call up and ask any questions you may have about the car and come visit if possible as this ad just does not do this car justice for how beautiful it is and how wonderfully it drives. Although this car is very nicely redone, please keep in mind this car is nearly a 50 year old classic car with many original components and it may need some odds and ends especially as you begin to drive it more often.
